HOW TO MAKE VIETNAMESE COCONUT JELLY FOR 2 PEOPLE: Ingredients:- 2 Fresh young coconuts - 1 Packet of Dragon jelly powder 10g - 200ml of coconut milk - 200g of sugar Instruction: 1. Carefully cut and remove the top of the 2 coconuts, keep the top for later use. 2. Pour coconut juice into a mixing bowl, add 10g of jelly powder and 200g of sugar, and stir well until the sugar dissolves. 3. Put the mixture into the pot and proceed to cook on high heat. While cooking, remember to stir gently with a spoon often so that the jelly does not clump. 4. When the coconut jelly mixture boils, remove the foam and continue to boil for about 1 minute, then turn off the heat. 5. Divide the cooked jelly mixture into 2 parts: - The first part of jelly: You put it in a large mug and pour in 2 prepared coconuts.
