- This is a good quality multi-purpose instant self-raising batter that can be used to make all types of meat, seafood and vegetables.
- Mix one envelope with one cup water and stir. Dip your choice of food in the batter and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- We like to use this product to make tempura chicken, then serve with sweet chile sauce for dipping.
